Pricing follows a few simple dimensions
There are no hidden line items. Your plan is shaped by how much your devices send and how much visibility and control you need.
Monthly email volume
The total number of messages your devices send each month. Volume is configurable, so you only pay for the throughput your fleet actually needs.
Number of devices
How many printers, cameras, controllers and sensors connect to the gateway. Add or remove devices as your estate changes.
SMTP users & credentials
How many separate SMTP usernames and passwords you issue. Give each device its own scoped credential so you can rotate or revoke one without touching the rest.
Reporting & monitoring depth
From basic delivery logs on entry plans to bounce monitoring and richer per-device statistics as you move up.
Advanced features

Pricing questions, answered
How is usage measured?
Usage is based on the email volume your devices send and the number of devices and credentials you connect. Each message your devices relay through the gateway is recorded in your activity log, so your usage is always transparent. Exact measurement windows and limits are configurable and will be confirmed when pricing is finalized.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are designed to let you move up as your fleet grows, or adjust if your needs change. The specifics of proration and timing will be confirmed in your account terms.
What happens if I exceed my volume?
We don’t want your devices to go silent at the moment they most need to send. Our aim is to handle overages gracefully rather than hard-cut your mail, and to make any excess usage visible in your dashboard. The precise handling and any associated charges will be confirmed with your plan terms.
Do you offer a free trial?
We want you to be able to validate DeviceSMTP against your real hardware before committing. Trial availability and length are Planned and will be confirmed before launch. In the meantime, get in touch to discuss evaluating the service.
